Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport completes successful upgrade to the latest version of GateKeeper Systems’ Commercial Vehicle Management Software
EXPANDS USE TO MONITOR OPERATOR COMPLIANCE WITH AIRPORT REGULATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
MINNEAPOLIS, November 15, 2011—GateKeeper Systems, Inc., a leader in commercial vehicle management and parking access control systems,today announced that Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has completed a successful upgrade of its Automated Vehicle Identification and Tracking system including the GateKeeper Commercial Vehicle Management (CVM) Software. This upgrade takes advantage of new software functionality and improves the reliability and redundancy of the system.
GateKeeper’s CVM software is part of an RFID-based system that automates many of the manual operational and administrative processes required to provide transportation for passengers arriving and leaving an airport. Sky Harbor, one of the 20th busiest airports nationwide, is expanding the use of the system to monitor the compliance of its ground transportation operators with airport regulations and customer service requirements.
